The stay was pleasant, and the central location made it easy to walk to all downtown attractions.

Clean place, staff was professional and extremely helpful. The room itself was a nice size and well-kept for for his wheelchair and had essentials I needed. The hotel had perfectly comfortable location so close to the center of the town, and a ballpark. I loved the in-house restaurant.

As for me, the area was very basic.

The rooms here are pretty spacious and nicely styled. Each room comes with a modern flat-screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows, climate control to keep you comfy, and a cable TV offering on-demand movies 📺. The price for all these amenities is just US$160.

Clean, perfect hotel, great value. Marvellous location, excellent and affable staff members on second shift. Based near The National Civil Rights museum as well as Beale Street and other Downtown sites eg NCRM and Sun Studio.

No complaints, it was dope! Everything was great, including staff and location, its good wi-fi.

Location

Two out of 4 elevators were out of service. Including the garage elevator causing customers to walk around parking garage to get to the Lobby. Toilet was contantly running. Our room was loud, next to the ice machine. Additionally, on one ocassion I have to approach the front desk to get soap and other toiletries that room service fail to leave in my room. We requested softer pillows and the following day they remove them from the room. They did not leave them for the entire stay. Moreover, they also overcharged my credit card. They were provided with a corporate credit card for the room and my personal card for incidentials. They charged the wrong credit card. When I confronted the desk clerk. She got mad and indicated it was the only credit card on file. When I requested to speak to the general manager, they told me he was busy. I waited for 20 min. at the front desk. Then, an assistant GM arrive to no help at all. More shocking was the comment of the AGM indicating he dont know what Booked.net is. Hello ! It is his business to know this and be sensitive to customers concerns.

Our room was spotless and bright with 2 double beds. Incredible central location so close to activities and places to eat. Local area shuttle was really convenient.

This place is simply amazing - it's super quiet and the staff on the late shift are top-notch. Plus, you can enjoy some delicious hot meals at the on-site restaurant 🍲.

This was the last weekend for Memphis n' May it was the perfect location to walk to Beale Street and great eating places in walking distant as well. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends/family.

The parking got a bad but it didn't take away from my trip. The man over the parking valet was great and helpful.

Location, location, location! For the price this is a great hotel in the perfect area. Very close to Beale Street, and directly across the street from The Peabody Hotel and Huey's (yummy burgers). The elevators were painfully slow at times, but other than that it was a great place to stay. Nothing fancy, but clean and safe. I will return.

The service elevators were slow, but that was no big deal really. Parking is $12/day extra. It was well worth it.

Great location just a short walk from Beale St and the music festival, with a shuttle available. Conveniently situated near Beale Street and other shops, bars, as well as attractions like Sun Studio and the Rock and Soul Museum.

The best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness of the room, the availability of the front desk staff, and the location. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay enjoyable. the front desk staff were friendly and always available to answer my questions and help me when needed. Finally, the hotel's location was ideal as it was close to the airport, which was convenient for me.
